1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Products sold on Design Era may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • Return/exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must comply with the specific vendor’s return criteria

Some products (e.g., final sale, personalized items) may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please review the product details before ordering.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the process:

  1. Log in to your Design Era account
  2. Go to Orders → View Order
  3. Select the item you wish to return or exchange
  4. Click Request Return/Exchange and follow the instructions

Once submitted, the vendor will review your request and reply within 2 business days.

3. Return Shipping

  • Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping fees
  • Please use a trackable shipping method to avoid issues
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Vendors may provide prepaid return labels at their discretion

4. Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Exchanges are processed based on product availability
  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

You will be notified by email when your return has been received and processed.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos and order details
  3. Our team will assist you with the return or exchange

We will cover return shipping in confirmed defective or incorrect cases.

6. Refunds

Refunds for approved returns will be issued back to the original payment method.

  • Refunds do not include original shipping costs
